# Justus August

> AI consultancy and European AI policy. Workshops, advisory, and hands-on implementation through AI Værk; youth representative on AI policy in the Baltic Sea Region.

Justus August runs AI Værk — workshops with small and mid-sized teams adopting AI in real workflows, advisory turning workshop output into operating decisions, and hands-on implementation when teams want routines integrated and running. He also chairs the AI & Finance working group inside CYR (Council of Youth Representatives, BSR Youth Forum / CBSS) and sits on the BSSSC deputy board.

Based in Potsdam, Germany. Studies physics at the University of Potsdam. Workshops delivered across DACH and internationally; policy work spans the Baltic Sea Region.
